2013 - Arthur M. Fowler, III was awarded the Pro Bono Award from the Pro Bono Project, Legal Aid of East Tennessee.

2014 - Arthur M. Fowler III was awarded the Commitment Award from the Pro Bono Project, Legal Aid of East Tennessee, and Fowler & Fowler was awarded the Commitment Award for extraordinary service from the Pro Bono Project, Legal Aid of East Tennessee.

2015 - Arthur M. Fowler III was awarded the Outstanding Service Award from the Pro Bono Project, Legal Aid of East Tennessee.

Successfully Defended Lost Profits Case

Fowler & Fowler successfully defended at the trial and on appeal a lost profits case involving an alleged delay in the delivery of equipment.

Successful in Adverse Possession Case

The trial court found, and the court of appeals affirmed, that Fowler & Fowler’s clients were owners of real property that they had adversely possessed.

Successfully Objected to a Claim in an Estate

Fowler & Fowler filed an objection to a claim in this Estate. The Trial Court granted the exception and the creditor appealed. Appellate Court affirmed the Trial Court’s ruling.

Successfully Obtained Judgment on Note

Fowler & Fowler, PLLC obtained a judgment on behalf of a lender’s estate against a company and individuals on a note that provided that it was cancelled if the lender died and successfully defended the judgment on appeal.
